To answer the question you left on my blog (I don't know how to reply to comments) I'm trying the 100 mg of B6 because my luteal phase is so short. Its only 8-9 days these last couple of months. You know us IF'ers and our research.... I found you can take up to 200 mg of B6 daily with your multivitamin. Its supposed to suppress estrogen which can lengthen the LP and increase CM. At least that's the theory... We'll see how it goes....
Ah ok, I hadn't heard about B6 before but I could probably use it as I suffer from oestrogen excess. Another good supp for fighting "bad" oestrogen is DIM, diindolmethane, found in vegies from the Brassica family (cauliflower, cabbage, kale, broccoli etc)
